Les Converse, P.E. President (2004)
Served in military 11 years both the Army and Navy as a Nuclear Tech and Combat Engineer, Graduated UC Berkely-Civil Engineering, Licensed Journeyman Electrician. Stormwater Certification.
Jose Pio Paredes, Head Electrician (2017)
Jose completed his 5 year Electrician Apprenticeship in Jan 2013. He has 10 years of experience in his field as a Journeyman Electrician.
Jeremy Saunders, Sr. Estimator (2021)
Jeremy has over 16 years experience in estimating. Jeremy also has Journeyman Electrician experience to add to his knowledge as an estimator.
Larry Toney, Project Manager and Electrician (2004)
Larry graduated from San Jose State University with an Electrical Engineering degree.
He is a licensed journeyman electrician and has over 40 years experience in his field.
Rubin Massey, Sr Water Technician (2018)
Served in military 4 years. 10 years of general contracting experience. 5 years of well service and management.
Harrison Garr, Fire Suppression Manager (2021)
Harrison served in the military 4 years, also served 1 year as Shasta County Sherriff Deputy.
He has 4 years of Fire Suppression experience with a Fleet of Water Tenders.
Patsy Turner, CFO (2011)
Patsy graduated from Branell College in Accounting. She has over 25 years of experience in the accounting/payroll field and 12 years in the field of public works and labor compliance.
